Reuters reports Xi not attending G20
Has traveled only to Moscow and BRICS summit in recent years. I guess the G20 isn’t worth time away from home.

Biden is “disappointed.”

Apparently Bidens watered down American soft serve isn’t tempting enough, as Xi has followed the Chinese craze for Russian ice cream, which Putin gladly brings for him each time they meet.
