They can't issue a proclamation suspending the first amendment in Hawaii just as they can't issue a proclamation to suspend the second amendment in New Mexico.

Those ******** in HI are going to try to steal the land from those people.
That is why there has been such an anemic govt response...
They are going to bleed these people dry until they have no recourse and must take payouts to keep their families alive or be condemned through eminent domain... >:{

Or move them to a federally constructed New Lahaina.... ie: "reservation".
