Tulane is by far the best team in the conference.

Hypothetical question: why isn’t Rice-Tulane a trophy game? Should it be one? Let’s discuss prior to our Oct 28 resumption of pleasantries at Rice Stadium. (Or better yet before Sept 24, but that’s another story)

Maybe call it 'Battle of the Small Privates'.

Tulane's actually closer in size to Memphis than to Rice. Also just 1k smaller than Wichita State. We're small but not actually that small. By undergrads might be a different story, we have a ton of grad students. But a lot of them come to games too.

C’mon, The Rock is a great atmosphere and a fine stadium. Our defense is why Gore had a rough day. I was there as well. I agree with the crowd. Great band.

Sucks that Pratt looks like he's out until Memphis.

Defense is MEANNNNNN. Put that D with a healthy Pratt and this team could beat anybody (Yes, I think Ole Miss would a been a 2 score win)

Congrats Greenies! Your team was definitely the better team today. My Eagles missed a couple of opportunities that would have made it a closer game, but I think the end result would have been the same. I was especially impressed with your tackling on defense. Good luck the rest of the season and I hope y’all get Pratt back soon as he is a great QB and fun to watch.
