Well played, but incorrect.

Try thinking sometime. You might be surprised at what it yields.

I do think. Just as much, and more, as you believe you do. Your thinking aligns with the Republican party and look where that has gotten them

You think anyone that isn't a brain dead groveling Leftist is a Republican. That's not "thinking".

Well, your posts don't indicate any level of thought, just regurgitation.

I despise the Republican party. Try again.

Thousand+ posts and STILL have to explain how 'just because something is a law' doesn't mean that it is a good or just one.

Fraud, or claims of fraud with no victim make no sense to most people... even many who support this, were the 'perpetrator' not someone they didn't like to begin with.

It makes absolutely no sense that one could be sued for millions of dollars and denied the right to engage in business for a claim that quite literally impacted no decisions. NOBODY made a loan to Trump based on his claimed values. Not one person engaged in business that they wouldn't otherwise have based on this 'fraud'.

More to the point of many though... if 'this' is the actual purpose of this law... to reign in the epidemic of braggarts in New York real estate market... then it seems odd that Trump would be the seemingly first person to be caught up in this... especially many years after the actual acts. As egregious as the allegations against Trump are, it seems all but impossible that there weren't a pretty long list of

And mostly, it seems almost impossibly odd that the current AG, who was previously the 'watchdog' for the city... which it seems should have included looking out for fraud... couldn't find anything then... and then ran on the platform of finding something against Trump... and then after a few years more of looking, finally found a victimless crime to charge him with.

It would have been one thing if she had run on the platform of reigning in fraud... and Trump was perhaps the most high profile case among dozens... but to quite literally run on the platform of investigating one single individual... only to come back with a literal victimless 'crime' that has the 'penalty' of eliminating his ability to conduct business?? This is the very definition of a prosecution and a target in search of a charge.... and that is wrong, no matter how you slice it.

I still think this whole deal is a biased judge trying to interpret valuation methodologies in a way that doesn't fit reality, in order to justify a hatchet job on Donald Trump. I will be interested in seeing what happens on appeal.
Maybe you should have offered your insights to the Trump legal team. Or to the judge.

I don't think the judge would be interested in any insights. He is on a mission to destroy Donald Trump, and doesn't give a flying f**k about facts.

^This. It really is that simple.

It takes a pretty childish understanding of what's going on to boil down Don's criminality as unfair victimization.

Sorry, given all the false accusations leveled against the man since the day he was elected, I find it more childish to believe anything the MSM tells me to believe.

Well, given his posts, it's obvious he's just parroting the MSM. Too many people have lost the ability to think for themselves. I guess it's either laziness or simple stupidity.

Too many have mistaken actually thinking for blindly rooting for their favorite team in a perpetual rivalry game.

Curious. I registered as a Republican when I turned 18. Guess it's all the not thinking i'm doing which led me to "root for the other team"

You were about as much of a republican as you were a Christian. JUst because you say so doesnt make it so. But we know, you think it adds power and validity to your stance. Thats what delusional people always think.

Extending the sports fan analogy.

You hang around season ticket holders and alum. You get all your news from the school and the beat writers who only cover that school and who have a professional and financial stake in firing up the fanbase. You are invested in the team winning emotionally and possibly financially if you have seats or donate. You make excuses when the NCAA investigates violations and wrongdoing. You hate the in state rival no matter what.

Yeah, it's more like rooting for a college sports team and less like critical thinking for too many.

Doesn't matter what one registered as when they were 18. Heck, I registered as a democrat at 18 simply because the pretty coed I was with did the same and I was trying to get with that. We all had our reasons. People change due to life experiences.

Look around and see where your ‘adults’ have gotten us. I’ll take ANYTHING else.

Besides we are about to be in another war. But I’m sure your genius will have Trump the cause of that.
