The water bottle was clearly after the buzzer and will NOT count, nice try!

The Tiger beat writer for the DM is not impressed by the Tiger 41 point victory.

I do not disagree that the Tigers have room for improvement nor can I dispute the lack of effort component because I was not present and could not watch the game. However, the Tiger defense was quite stout. LeMonye-Owen shot only 30.7%.

Per those in attendance, LMO was a bit more stout than Lane, and they came out in a matchup zone that took us by surprise.

If that's a lackadaisical effort, I'm guessing we'll be fine when we actually try, lol.

Listening to the game on the radio, it seemed like Memphis was really sloppy during several stretches of the game. Not as much energy as the Lane game. Terrible from the line, and still won by 41/42.

The most consistent player in the two games was David Jones. That guy is a stud. They commented several times on how much bigger Walton looks compared to last year. He made some nice plays too.
