That's what I was thinking, but more along the lines of the flu vaccine. I'm pretty sure that's been given via a nasal spray.

Uses less of the medicine, less painful and nurses don't have to worry about an accidental needle stick. The ones that are currently around just use high pressure air to get it past the skin
