Early Games: Michigan/Maryland, Rutgers/Penn State, Michigan State/Indiana, Purdue/Northwestern

Middle Afternoon Games: Illinois/Iowa, Minnesota/Ohio State

Night: Nebraska/Wisconsin

Michigan and Ohio State need to win, a loss could hurt their Playoff chances even if they win out and win the conference championship.

An Iowa win would clinch the Big Ten Worst Division and the right to get pants by Michigan or Ohio State in Indy. Lose and it opens the door for the Nebraska/Wisconsin winner and possibly the following week's Northwestern/Illinois winner.

Regardless of the Iowa game result, Nebraska and Wisconsin both have 5 wins so the winner becomes bowl eligible. Northwestern, Illinois, and Minnesota are also at 5 needing one win. Northwestern is at home vs. a lousy Purdue game, Illinois is at a ranked Iowa team, and Minnesota is a long shot going into the Horseshoe. We could have two games next week where both teams are playing for bowl eligibility, Northwestern at Illinois and Wisconsin at Minnesota.

Well, The Game is “the game” again. Both undefeated and both top 3. Can’t wait. Both teams deserve it…will be good.
