clt says the tennis facility is publicly funded as well? do you guys do anything on your own?

Sure, we're about to own Liberty Stadium and become responsible for all the maintenance, construction projects, etc. And the university is chipping in $100M for this next phase.

And Leftwich was going to be built by the city, whether the University of Memphis used it or not.

It would be kind of dumb not to use it, no?

P.S. On campus, we have a baseball stadium, women's basketball arena, volleyball arena, soccer fields, a football IPF, etc.

I think the only public facilities are the 3 you are aware of. And now we will own one of those. That leaves Leftwich and FedExForum, both world class facilities that would be insane not to use.
