The State of NM has been withholding Moccia's salary since May until all investigations are concluded. He's currently being paid by the NMSU Foundation.

The article kept jumping around and made it hard to read. But I saw something that said some female legislator was proposing some bill related to the hazing issue. What is that about?

I’m not 100% sure but I think it’s a bill being put forward to place harsher penalties on hazing which is a good thing. Unfortunately sometimes it takes events like this for people to take the problem seriously.

But to be honest it sounds like the basketball team is raping each other. That's a little out of the ordinary for Alabama.

It was out of the ordinary which is why our AD cancelled our season last year and fired every member of the staff who oversaw the team. It wasn’t like this was dragged out, he acted as soon as he was made aware of the situation. Not much happens in NM so when a scandal hits it’s gonna be milked for years.

Sounds dealt with appropriately.
