They wouldn’t need 2000 votes for that room of 200 people. Just count the votes, see how many you need to win, then miraculously find another bag with enough votes to win. Preferably the next day after everyone has left.

Did you by any chance notice those "racist" people in Iowa didnt count the votes behind closed blinds? Did you by any chance notice those "racist" people in Iowa didnt kick anyone out claiming a broken pipe had flooded the facility---so they could count the votes away from view? Did you notice anyone who wanted to watch the counting could come right up as close as they wanted to see the ballots being counted? Did you by any chance notice those stupid "racist" people in Iowa all had to show ID's (apparently they were smart enough to figure out how to get an ID) and vote in person?
