RE: W-OSU football only, what it might look like

I'd adjust their floor to 3 wins at worst, 9 wins at best, 6-7 wins being the normal expectation. I figured they would typically win 3 OOC games and win 3-4 games in conference. I believe they will typically lose to their rivals UO and UW 75% of the time.
Would adding 2 teams that will typically get lower tier bowls be additive? Could they be talked into each taking 20% of a full share for the next 8 years and after that split a full share until 2036? Keep in mind, it's for football ONLY. Would these conditions be worth taking them on? I'd think yes.
You're not exactly selling them!
I'm being realistic, the ACC could still profit from their inclusion especially if they are willing to take half shares as the norm, just like UO and UW did in the BigTen. They also both bring a nice late night rivalry weekend game. There is no guarantee that UW would dominate WSU, could be closer to 50/50, same with OSU and UO, the ACC has southern and Texas recruits as an advantage.
At this point the ACC should just get to 20 football schools and have 4 divisions of 5. The ACC is not taking Memphis, so I'd go with UConn and get the ACC's basketball rep back on track.
SMU, Stan, Cal, OSU, WSU
UNC, Duke, UVA, Wake, VT
FSU, Clem, NCSU, GT, UConn/Tulane
UM, SU, BC, Pitt, UL
If you're going to go with UConn, you've got to put them in the NE pod.
