She was interviewing him years ago (1995) for a story. He took her to a high end department store in NYC. Then he took her into a dressing room and closed the door behind her. He held her against the wall, pulled her pantyhose down, and stuck fingers into places he shouldn't. This fits the definition of rape.

Again, a jury found this was not the case, and he has continued to double down on his nonsense, most notably in this case from 2019. It literally does not matter what examples i do or do not have, as trump has been found liable (yet again) for the accusations against him.

Never mind, there are still appeals yet to happen. Hopefully that will happen quickly.

From my (admittedly limited) understanding, if Trump wants to appeal at this point, he must put the judgement payout (the $83m) into an escrow. We’ll see if he does it.
