Baylor Baseball is in a sorry state. Not trying to degrade your win, and congrats, but just saying that their Baseball program currently in shambles. Baylor AD Rhodes needs to hit the road. He is a LOUSY AD!!!! They lost their former baseball coach and Womens BB ( Mulkey) coach ( he refused to give her a raise....are you freaking kidding me?!) because of him, plus he gave the sorry arse football coach an extension when he should have fired him! Rhodes need to go!!!!!

I would agree with you. It's been down and we beat them last year as well, twice. I was really disappointed to see us lose the series to TAMCC. I know we are better than that...

Unfortunately they've been like that for awhile. We run ruled them in 5 back in like 2020. Used to be such a strong program, it's crazy how they've fallen

In kind of a slow, low hitting game, ACU holds off UTSA to win 4-3 in San Antonio. That makes us 11-7 over-all so far and 2-1 in conference. I am still disappointed in our performance against TAMCC, but we have a long way to go in the season. Up next is our series with UTA before a game with Tech.

Texans so far holding us to 1 run off of 8 hits in 6 innings. Good D yall...

ACU takes the rubber game 7-3 from UTA and D'Alessio goes 5-5 with another homer. The guy is amazing.

Good job ACU. I fear our base baggers may have been overrated this year.

Wildcats take 2 of 3 from Utah Valley but it was a real struggle. Two good ball clubs battled it out. In the rubber game, UVU came back in the 9th to tie it up but ACU ripped a hit down the right field line to score the winning run from third in the bottom of the ninth. Both ball clubs looked pretty talented to me. ACU's starting pitcher, Lanhan, is going to be a good one. The young man throws pitches with no hint of what is coming in -- very hard to read.

VERY nice win. We got slaughtered by Texas: 11-1. With a 3 game series this weekend, coach wasn't about to risk anything against UT right now as good as they are though.

Very well done UTA. You guys were often very strong in baseball. We, on the other hand, got killed but the coach was not going to pitch a frontliner, not with an important series coming up. Outsider is spot on.

Those are good thoughts. We used 8 pitchers to get that win over TCU. It's always a question of priorities. Many times I think we have gone all out for the mid-week win over a name opponent. I hope we saved some starters for the weekend this time.

Our normal starters will be ready to go. Those that pitched will be available as needed with a minimum of two days rest.

Congrats Vaqueros on the game 1 win.

Cats continue their pattern and couldn't close the deal last night against SFA. Will see what happens the rest of the weekend.

Game 2) Yep, we continue our pattern. From a lousy 1-2 loss in the bottom of the 9th last night to a dominating 12-4 win today. Geeezz.......
Game 3) The pattern continues. Cats control SFA 11-3 to take the series.
