If you read the article, there's also talks of recommending a 2 minute warning at the end of each half.

Pretty annoying at the UGA games last year. They put up these big banners to block signal stealers that impaired the view of the game from the best seats. They didn't do that so much the last game. I guess someone got Smart the word. With helmet radios they end that.

Of course, coaches will get arrested for smuggling in Chinese and Russian technology to steal radio signals....
