This whole strategy of lawfare is backfiring and only strengthening Trumps campaign.

Last Friday I listened to some of the closing arguments regarding the possible disqualification of the Fulton County, Ga District Attorney and lead prosecutor in Fulton County's RICO case against Trump and his allies. What a bunch of morons! Not only will they get removed from the case, the whole case could end up getting dismissed.

These two morons could also lose their license to practice law, face charges from the state and county for misuse of public funds and they most likely will see the IRS dig deeply into their tax returns.

Hopefully when Trump is found guilty of Insurrection the Supreme Court will see fit to invoke the 14th Amendment.

After he loses in November, Smith will be bringing many more charges for he and others up, I'm sure, including the much discussed and misunderstood, "insurrection" charge. Who knows? Now he may introduce it sooner.

Conspiring to overturn the government is of wider scope than "insurrection", the insurrection was a method they used to interrupt the peaceful transfer of power because Pence wouldn't go along with their plan of using their illegal, alternate fake electors and throw the country into a constitutional crisis and install Trump as a dictator.

How would you describe the strategy to use lawsuits and fake electors to overturn an election that he lost?

The handful of unsubstantiated allegations against Biden is the same as the thousands of illegal or immoral acts Trump has committed in his lifetime.

Their actions are guided by their personality. Nowhere is that more true than with Trump.

So, states can tell people when they can vote, how they can vote, what requirements they have for voting, and even whether or not they can vote, but they can't prevent a guy that already tried to end our democracy once from being on the ballot?
