They were awful during the App St / ASU game as well

We’ve had quite a few tries inside that could’ve and should’ve led to FTs but no call(s).

Doesn’t it just go to the possession arrow? In this case it happened to be in TX ST favor, which would have gone back to JMU now. That’s my understanding, or lack thereof.

I hate to be a hater, but SBC basketball just sucks. These teams are neither good nor fun to watch. These games are just ugly. I actually believe we are a good team, but it’s hard to be good when you’re playing a hybrid of rugby/football/basketball. Add the overall quality, or lack thereof, of SBC hoops to the bad play, officiating, commentating etc, and it’s just bad. If we can survive this tourney we might just make some noise in the dance. And… the SBC WBB is just as bad. That said, I am very happy we are not competing in the CAA tourney.

Love the spark Carey provides when he comes in to spell Bickerstaff.

He's a good passer and a big body who hopefully grows another inch or two taller.

I’ll give it to Texas State, they are feisty.
