Russia, China and Iran are set to begin their Gulf of Oman coordinated joint exercise. They intend to manage risk to their shipping interests in the region and prepare a joint response to threats. Other countries participating are India, Pakistan, South Africa, Oman, and several other regional partners.

Artillery drills, search and recuse operations, and hostage situations are all being performed.

I find it very enlightening that america writes logical, level headed, rational, and calm news for the rest of the world. But everything it provides its own people is questionable, sensational, hysterical, and rather trashy feeling.

I guess those in charge know their audiences.
