RE: Bobulinski Accuses Hunter and Jim Biden of Perjury, Lights Up Goldman and Raskin, Cha
Whistleblower: CIA Intervened in Hunter Biden Investigation, Blocked Interview of 'Sugar Bro'
Quote:Just when it seems like the twists in the Hunter Biden saga can't get any stranger, now comes news that, according to a whistleblower, the CIA intervened in the investigation of Hunter Biden by the IRS and Department of Justice and blocked investigators' interview of Biden's "sugar bro," Kevin Morris.
This bombshell news comes compliments of the House Judiciary Committee and Oversight Committee in the form of a Thursday letter issued by the chairmen of the committees, Jim Jordan and James Comer, to CIA Director William Burns. The letter, which may be viewed in its entirety below, sets forth some eye-opening details:
Recently, the Committees received information from a whistleblower alleging that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) intervened in the investigation of Hunter Biden to prevent the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) investigators from interviewing a witness.
According to the whistleblower, in August 2021, when IRS investigators were preparing to interview Patrick Kevin Morris, an associate of Hunter Biden, the CIA intervened to stop the interview.
Two DOJ officials were allegedly summoned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia for a briefing regarding Mr. Morris.
At that meeting, it was communicated that Mr. Morris could not be a witness during the investigation.
The letter ends by requesting documents pertaining to the DOJ/IRS investigation into Hunter Biden and documents pertaining to Kevin Morris.
As a quick refresher on Morris' involvement with the First Son:
Morris, 60, was interviewed by the House Ways and Means, Oversight and Judiciary Committees on Jan. 18 and said that he has loaned the 54-year-old first son at least $5 million since meeting him at a political fundraiser for his father in Hollywood in late 2019.
Those loans began a month after he met Hunter and continued through 2022, as the Justice Department was finalizing its tax investigation into the president’s son, which initially resulted in a probation-only plea deal.
...
A significant portion of Morris’ loans to Hunter covered his tax delinquency — and the lawyer told House impeachment panel members that the debt will be due in 2025.
The lawyer — who has repped the creators of “South Park” and is footing the bill for a documentary on the media frenzy surrounding Hunter — did not say whether he would forgive the loans.
...
Morris said he had visited the White House three times since Biden, 81, took office in January 2021 — and even made payments to Hunter’s ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle, and a former stripper, Lunden Roberts, the mother of his four-year-old daughter that he had with her out of wedlock.
He has also paid $875,000 for Hunter’s novice art works and allowed the first son to fly coast-to-coast on his private jet.
So, to sum up: A Hollywood lawyer, who began loaning the now-president's trainwreck of a son substantial sums of money within a month of meeting him, was set to be interviewed by IRS investigators in August of 2021 in connection with their investigation into said son, but the CIA intervened, summoned DOJ officials to Langley, and made it clear that said lawyer would not be interviewed.
No...that doesn't seem suspicious at all.
Tony Bobulinski's Lawyer Threatens Lawsuit Against Fox News' Jessica Tarlov for Dishonest Accusation
Quote:Tony Bobulinski’s testimony before Congress is upsetting all the right people. As a former associate of Hunter Biden, he has been spilling the tea about the Biden family’s business dealings, which isn’t sitting well with folks on the left. They responded to his involvement with House Republicans’ impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden by doing their level best to smear and discredit the witness.
However, Bobulinski has been fighting back.
Jessica Tarlov, a left-leaning co-host on Fox News’ “The Five,” stepped in it on Wednesday when she claimed, without evidence, that Bobulinski was being funded by Super PAC aligned with former President Donald Trump during a recent broadcast.
“Tony Bobulinski lawyers fees have been paid by a Trump Super PAC that’s as recent as January,” she claimed before rehashing a false claim about Donald Trump. “Do you think that a guy who’s invested in how much better off he wants the United States to be—and really getting to the bottom of this—would be taking money from the guy who extorted the Ukrainians to get dirt on the Biden’s...”
Tarlov’s deceptive comments caught the attention of Bobulinski’s attorney, who was none too pleased to hear about them. In a letter obtained by PJMedia’s Matt Margolis, the witness’ lawyer, Jesse R. Binnal, reached out to Jeff A. Taylor, Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the Fox Corporation. He referred to her claims as “unequivocally false and defamatory” and affirmed that “no Trump Super PAC has ever paid Mr. Bobulinski’s legal fees.”
Binnal demanded an “immediate retraction” of “this maliciously blatant lie” and threatened to “immediately file a defamation lawsuit against Fox, and Ms. Tarlov, if this lie is not retracted by Ms. Tarlov on air today, March 21, 2024.”
Not surprisingly, Fox News did the right thing. On Thursday’s broadcast, Tarlov issued a retraction on the air.
"I would like to clarify a comment I made yesterday during our discussion of Tony Bobulinski’s appearance at the congressional hearing. During an exchange with my colleagues about the hearing I said that Mr. Bobulinski’s lawyers’ fees have been paid by a Trump super PAC as recent as January. What was actually said during the hearing was that the law firm representing Mr. Bobulinski was paid by a Trump PAC. I have seen no indication those payments were made in connection with Mr. Bobulinski’s legal fees and he denies that they were."
Bobulinski’s testimony has made waves in the nation’s political landscape. He has poked holes in President Joe Biden’s denials that he was involved in his family’s shady foreign business dealings. During his remarks, he said Hunter Biden “lied throughout his testimony” and said the same about the president’s brother, Jim Biden. He also lashed out at Reps. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Dan Goldman (D-NY), asserting that they would “continue to lie again in this hearing.”
Other Democrats have also attacked Bobulinski, desperately trying to discredit him. Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) recently claimed, without evidence, that he was a Russian asset being paid by the Kremlin to harm Biden. Nevertheless, his testimony will likely have serious ramifications for Biden’s reelection campaign.
