It would cost Kentucky roughly $50-55 million to fire Cal if you count his buyout, the new coaches buyout, the new coaches salary and any NIL promises to the new coach. Kentucky doesnt have Texas A&M money.

Yeah, maybe they're realizing they don't have the $$$ they thought they did. Gonna have to let that buyout come down, if he's not going to walk away.

I guess they could come up with a Pastner arrangement. Pay another school x% of what they owe Cal to take him (without a pay cut to Cal).

All the cal lovers shall be known as calipari buttlickers going forward. They are cousins of the infamous William Buttlicker of the Office.
