RE: How would you rank 2016 CUSA QB's?

1. Stockstill - I know this will throw some, but he had the highest completion percentage, best TD to Int ratio and lowest sack rate in the conference out of all returning QBs. He did all that as a first year starter who should improve this year. His QB rating was only slightly lower than Mullens.
2. Mullens - has the advantage of being a senior, had the best QB rating in the league, but is a little more turnover prone than Stockstill (both Ints and fumbles), holds the ball longer and gets sacked at a rate that is 30% higher than Stockstill (reason for some of those fumbles). Those are mistakes that a three year starter shouldn't make, implying Stock has a higher ceiling this year.
3. Litton - 3rd highest QB rating in the conference of returning QBs. A big step down from the top 2, they should be in their own category. He get's the 3rd spot because he was also 3rd in TD-Int ratio and second in lowest sack rate. Last year was a true freshman who should see things slow down for him this year.
4. McGough - Almost interchangeable with Litton at the 3 spot. Better completion percentage, but a lower rating. Takes way to many sacks, 50% more likely to take a negative play (sack) than Litton. Also, his attempts per TD are not up to par with the 3 above him.
Everyone else is a crapshoot, either untested or limited action, or some action but not at his level. White, in his one year of real action at USF completed only 50% of his passes and had an 1.1 TD to Int ratio (the 4 listed QBs above were 2.6 to 3.3). He also had a 6.6% sack rate (the top 3 above are between 3.5 and 4.6). Greenlee and Higgins have some history, but the two of those, like White, have an under 115 QB rating (the four above are all over 130 with the top two over 150).
I'd take Stock over any QB in the conference, but I'd be happy with any of the top 3 guys.
