Looks like I was correct that it would be announced on Euro soil during the fall. June 2016 release window.

Also, whole lotta PS4/Sony infor droppped at Paris Games Week. Another gameplay video for Horizon: Zero Dawn, an announce trailer for the new Quantic Dream game, Detroit: Become Human, a VR enabled Gran Turismo, quite a few brand new indie game reveals, and a lot of Battlefront info as well.
