snoop is putting out a new album really soon called "the blue carpet treatment." Em is working on a new mixtape. Dre says he's working on Detox, but i'll believe it when i get a release date. As for Redman, i have no idea, but i know that meth has a new album coming out tommorrow, and so far i like what i've heard.

Man..DeTox was supposed to be out 2 YEARS AGO. From what I remeber about that time period is Dre was well into doing DeTox then decided to leave it and do other artists for Aftermath. Then I wanna say w/in the last year he was in a magazine and said that DeTox was coming out. Heck he even mentioned DeTox on The Games cd...but from what I gather that cd took a while to get to market.

New Meth? I can't beleive I didn't know about that. His last solo was OK.... actually all his cds were just OK.... 3-5 Really stnad out tracks then a bunch of filler garbage tracks and skits.

...speaking of Meth...the world needs another GOOD Wu Tang Clan cd .. I mean 36 Chambers/Forever good... not that trash posing as Wu Tang ala The W and Iron Flag.

it's called 4:21 the day after. it sounds like it's gonna be another solid meth album.

Idlewild Soundtrack comes out tomorrow from Outkast... I wonder if it will be good.

there's some good albums coming out in the next month. aside from meth, we have The Roots dropping August 29th, Jedi Mind Tricks sept. 19th, pharoahe monch sept. 18th, mos def sometime in september, as well as kweli in september. Lastly, the one i'm looking forward to the most is dropping sept. 19th, Lupe Fiasco's Food and Liquor. NO, I found Itunes weak.... for being able to find songs individually I had to put too much effort into searching for them...and they missed major songs from some the artists I wouldn't have minded getting. I'll stick to getting cds real cheap from BMG or Best Buy.

I don't think his 2nd cd, Beneath the Surface, would do it for you but you could look into it.

liquid swords was pretty good. i'll download the 3rd solo one. i don't pay for old music. you should check out albumbase.com. you can download any album for free.

I thought they had broken up! Man that has been a long 3 year dealy in releasing a cd. The reviews say its as good as Fallen.

I've been into a band called the annuals for a while. theyre staring to get some press/publicity. http://www.pitchforkmedia.com recently posted one of their mp3s. heres what the had to say about them:

Dude, sounds like a homework assignment. But either way I don't think its as hard as Absolution. "Knights of Cydonia" is a great song, definitely the best song on the album. Outside of that the first half of the album is really strong. The middle is rather ok. And "Knights" finished off the album with a bang. Good album for first timers and fans of their past albums will like this one as well.
