Jackson, or any other Big East expert,
What are the Big East rules concerning partial & non-qualifiers? I know the ACC is very restrictive. The reason I ask, is because ECU is starting to recruit the Tidewater area of Virginia pretty hard. I know we lost several recruits in the past to VaTech, but I'm hoping that VaTech, as a member of the ACC, has to adhere to a more restrictive admissions policy.

-- Believe me Brick City Pirate...I'm no expert..I'm just someone who tries to keep his eyes and ears open and puts two and two together
-- As for the partial qualifiers...the BE is not nearly has restrictive as the other other BCS leagues east of the mississippi...however I do think the league has a limit as to how many each school can have any given year...but I don't know what that #is off the top of my head
