Thanks once again Tallgrass. You're the best at this kind of thing IMO.
But since you were kind enough to post that, it seems peculiar that 13 of the top 30 are from the OKC metro area to Tulsa's 10 and of course the preseason #1 was from OKC Douglas. Think it might be because that paper caters to its base readers in "the city"? IMO its biased and should be judged in that context.

I did not save the Pre-Season Rivals ratings but I know, once again, OU signees got moved up and Tulsa signees got moved down. The trouble with Rivals Top 20 Oklahoma High School players is they keep changing it...in favor of kids signing with BCS schools getting moved up.
The nice thing about the Daily Oklahoman Super 30 is they don't change it. And, for 2013, Tulsa signed quite a few players ranked in the Top 20 of the Oklahoman's Super 30. There were quite a few Tulsa area players on the list.

I agree. Thats one of my problems with the way rivals system rates players. They should never reduce a players star rating, but should leave room to increase it. It makes it seem like either their rating was flawed to begin with or they are just playing BCS politics. Or maybe both.
