The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo 2 and 3 as 1?
http://www.darkhorizons.com/news/36501/-...e-one-film
I found this article an interesting read.
The hype train behind the first "English Language" had me interested in checking out Daniel Craig's movie. But when NetFlix had up the original Dutch trilogy and also the 6 part extended cut ( each movie had two 90m parts roughly) I was pretty caught up in how the story went. I can agree that if you tried to do it in under 2.5 hours you could get parts 2 and 3 down to one movie. Personally though, I thought the English one was a pretty decent homage to the Dutch first movie.

I really hope they follow up with the rest of the films. I've not read the books but I thoroughly enjoyed the first movie even though some of the brutality was a little much.

I recommend reading the books but be ready to crave, and then become sick of, coffee and sandwiches.

I do think it is pretty important to recognize that it is a Swedish book/movie, not Dutch. At least it is if you're Swedish.
