Decided to replay A Link Between Worlds/3DS. Man, I'd love another adventure in the same vein as this one. And I don't mean a ALTTP remake.... I mean a top down Zelda like Zelda and ALTTP and honestly the 3D is really nice in this incarnation of the game but wall painting transformation technique leads to so many new kinds of puzzles.

All signs point to new Smash as opposed to a port.

Sega trying to cash in on the success of the NES and SNES minis. But..... it might be made by the team that has made their crappy re-released aftermarket consoles that have gotten notoriety about bad emulation of their games along with bad audio...

I'd doubt I get get this unless it has some blazingly awesome Genesis games. And FWIW, I got a ton of those already with my Wii VC Genesis downloads so....

Best game I've played in years. Sold 3.1M copies in it's first 3 days...best selling Sony exclusive release EVER in that sort of time frame.

I'm not even usually a fan of RPG-type games. Crafting, XP, loot, skill trees, all of that is foreign to me. I can never get into them, because I worry that if I build up the wrong things, I'll leave myself at a point where it's impossible to progress. I don't even know if that is realistic or not. I guess you could always backtrack and collect more, and then build up what you need, but that sounds like a nightmare. Whatever, I guess I'll learn with this game.

I put up with that part, just because of how good it looks in 4K HDR and the absurdity of the action. I replayed the Stranger fight 3 times, because it was cracking me up. I've also read that the game starts off slow, so I'm looking forward to how much more crazy it gets.

Yeah, it definitely picks up even more later on...the God of War series has had some of the better boss battles of all time, and this one does not disappoint. If it helps you at all, you don't really have to worry about progression, you'll earn more than enough XP to get every skill and the permanent weapons upgrades that rely on items that are "found" by progressing the main storyline.

Take a hit of the rumor of a Star Fox racing game akin to Diddy Kong Racing coming from Rare.

The NES Classic and SNES Classic are back in production, expected to hit store shelves June 29th.

There's a note in the article that a Sega Genesis Classic is also in the works.

Has anyone been following the news of Axis Football? I'm hopefully because I don't like Madden and if it's fully customization like they are saying, you could have college football.

Why won't EA just make the college game with generic rosters, and then everyone could download the real ones?

I've only heard bad things about the emulation and what not with any of those Sega Console remakes along those lines. If they really fix the issues I could be game.
