If we can somehow win these next 2 (not likely), I could see this being the next TTT:

"After finishing with 40+ wins (counting the conference tournament) and an RPI in the top 20, USM TTT'd by forgetting to send in their host bid for the NCAA baseball tournament"

So if we sweep that puts Rice below us, right? Wins are tied. Would having one more loss weigh more than head2head win?

With FAU's win (which was the only team you could catch coming into the weekend), LA Tech is locked in to the 5 seed.

Still bad weather in Charlotte. 1:00 ET game already delayed. It looks like there may be a window this afternoon to at least get a game started. More rain coming tonight.

Hopefully one of the USM-FIU games get cancelled for Rain and have Marshall sweep ODU

Weather is supposed to clear by mid-day Saturday, so hopefully we can get 1 or 2 in later on Saturday.

Herd holds on and posts a 4-3 victory in game 2 of the series. ODU had 2 on and no one out in the top of the 9th, but an infield fielder's choice followed by a double play gets the Herd out of a serious jam.

YES! Way to go Herd! Proud of this bunch of guys. A nomad team for sure.
