The BE was a totally different situation. ESPN owned them and the ACC, and there was no GOR in place. FOX will not help in destroying the B12.
With 10 schools, B12 is in better shape to handle losses than BE was with 8. If they can get past this and add 2 to 4 more they are even better off to handle raids.

Exactly, fox has given the big12 the right ammo to stand up to espn. They realized that espn completely lied to them about a network when they turned around and helped the ACC acquire one. Fox is in the driver's seat and I don't think they give a damn about the money since that will help them gain eastern markets and help push espn financially over the edge. No one at fox or the big12 have said anything about a 2 team compromise and if Texas and the other bunch of greedy so and sos gain earn a billion why not.
