I will say this: Boren must be pissed as hell.

The team he doesn't want, the team his arch-rival wants ... and some say artificially "forced" into contention ... and the team that a decent faction in the league, that he's probably aligned with, don't want to recruit against.

Houston is for real. Who was UH's coach after Jack Pardee that coached Klingler? His name escapes me. Tom Herman is the best since him down there.

I'D love to the SWC come back with Texas teams that don't get B12 invites and TX SBC and C-USA teams. Be a dang good conference IMO.

LOL that the Big 12 would keep Houston out because Texas and Oklahoma are afraid of them. And yet it wouldn't surprise me in the least. There is no greater force in conference realignment than ego.
