Utah State didn't feel the need to do that to us and they did just fine for themselves. I was glad to see them kick your teeth in in the WAC championship game.
Poor baby...you really had to dig deep for that one.
Like I said earlier in this thread.....there's just something wrong with you.

You are quite the sore loser, if you watch our games you'd know we don't "run up the score" on anyone. Does our second team offense score? Yeah.
1- This game mattered for divisional rights
2- We want to host
Any other game and this wouldnt have happened.
Look at the past two years: USM-LaTech and Rice-LaTech, have been blowouts.
He (correcamino) is PROOF positive that some UTSA fans are just not ready for prime time.
Regardless, I'll give him a pass because you've got to figure guys like him have just never been here before. He doesn't know how to act on the big boy level.

I can buy scoring anytime until you can just take a knee and run clock out. It's not like LT hasnt had plenty of chances to get backups some reps.

Exactly. Noone is saying to start kneeling with 5 minutes left or that the backups can't play hard. At some point though, regardless of who is in it starts becoming insult to injury. 5 seconds left in the game is well beyond that point.
UTSA has been in that position a few times as well and just kneeled it.

Holtz put in the second string in the fourth. UTSA score on blocked FG and a failed punt coverage cutting the score to 14. Holtz still left in the second string on senior day, who want to be a part of score on their last game. It's not like it was complete blowout like the Rice game. Only some UTSA fans would be mad about this
If it's such an insult why does the victory formation exist? Why does practically every program and pro team go to it when the game is decided? Why do basketball teams dribble out the clock when the game is decided? It's called sportmanship, and La Tech has none. Or atleast they don't when playing UTSA.

Sure. Sportsmanship is small time.
No successful program ever goes into the victory formation, right?
These are the same UTSA fans that were rubbing on the UNT group couple of weeks ago after their win.
The game has been over - move on.
If you don't like it, donote and invest more in your program so your first team can compete against our 2nd or 3rd string.

We will. Don't worry in the next 1-3 years you'll see a drastic improvement.

Based upon what I saw yesterday, there's plenty of room for it.
There's definitely a big drop off from wku la Tech vs rest of CUSA at this point. It's like that in a lot of conferences. We will have our moment. It's been tough sledding so far.

Yep me too. I was saying that on our board as well.

The game is over and La Tech showed they are clearly the better team.
That has nothing to do with the subject at hand though. The discussion has shifted into one about sportsmanship and as long as you continue to defend running up scores I'll keep talking about it.
I mean really, a simple "running up scores isn't cool" would've ended the discussion. It's not like it's La Tech fans' fault that Holtz decided to keep scoring. But instead you try to defend it just like you tried to defend Ik punching Geno Smith.
Y'all constantly cross the line from fandom into backwoods cult like behavior lol.

You're right. We were just showin' off and shouldn't have put in senior WR Trent Taylor to kick that last extra point. I guess that was poor sportsmanship. Sorry, we won't put a WR in to kick XP's again Correcrymino (unless of course he clearly calls it in advance off the crossbar or something).

I know, right. LA Tech WR Trent Taylor --who had never kicked a FG or extra point in his life went in and kicked the last one
And yet "Small Time" thinks LA Tech was "running up the score".
What was gonna be next? The rumor was the Tech was going to send its' water boy in to take snaps from the Notre Dame box formation.
