Marshall 11-1
La Tech 9-3
North Texas 8-4
WKU 8-4
Southern Miss 7-5
UAB 7-5
FIU 7-5
UTSA 6-5
FAU 6-6

Is that even mathematically possible?

Yes. I ran through each teams remaining schedules.

You might want to adjust FAU's predicted record of 6-6. They look scary good.

It was their next 3 games that gave me pause...

@WKU, Marshall, @ La Tech

That's a gaunlet!

Yes it is, it's nice to see this conference finally have those type of schedule walls to have to play through.

This is the most complete year I've seen in this conference since when we first joined in 05.

Without a doubt, and as I alluded to in the other bowl prediction thread, we could have up to 9 bowl eligible teams!

2013 and 2014 we had 8 teams with 6 wins 2013 we had 3 10 win teams.

Not to be a Debbie downer but when UTEP, Charlotte, and Rice are so bad there are several wins to help the West teams especially if you get Charlotte as your crossover. The two teams that have Charlotte have 3 built in wins. If you played a FCS you have 4. That means you can win 2 out of 8 and go bowling.

Also, bowling is fine if that’s your goal, but when 65% of teams get to bowl it doesn’t mean that much anymore. Division and conference championships have meaning. But our bowls get us no big matchups, beating MAC and Sun Belt while it fun to do, doesn’t mean much.
