We had a good time in Bowling Green despite Charlotte’s poor performance on the field. We hit up the White Squirrel before the game for beers and Steamers after the game for dinner. The stadium was nice, good sight lines, relatively convenient parking, and good concessions. I would question the bag ban policy (my wife’s purse was tiny). Downtown Bowling Green appears to be revitalizing and will probably be much more developed in a few years.

As for the game Charlotte must get bigger and more athletic on defense to be competitive. I love the effort and tenacity of Reynolds but his lack of size makes me question his long term prospects at QB. He wasn’t accurate enough and the receivers dropped too many catchable balls. The special teams issues were exposed again. I hope this team can show some signs of improvement through the next five games and end the season strong.

Reynolds is pretty tough I must say, he might be best QB we have faced this season....Glad you had a good time it was good to be in BG again for me too...Sat right behind UNCCs bench. I think you guys need to stop the raising hands when its 3rd down, noticed your entire staff, coaches, players all raise hand, didnt seem to be working too well for your defense...

Funny moment saw one of your lineman look for and dig out empty gatorade bottle. Next think I know the UNCC tent is popping up and trainer zipping up tent. About 5 min. later the gatorade was a yellow hue full to the brim ...I mean seriously dude , game was in early stages, you have to piss that much already haha....I dont think I have ever saw that before, was a good laugh if nothing else...
