When you pay your outgoing coach $76M to walk away, you can't go an hire the head coach of a school that's only been D1 for 10 years right out of the gate.

If Traylor is hired at A&M, they settled for him because they couldn't get anyone else.

According to an article that was posted in either this thread or the Fisher thread, the $76M was just to buy out Fisher. They also have to buy out the rest of the coaching staff. It didn't say how much that would be, but that's on top of the $76M.

Kiffen has the best job in college football tbh. No one at old myth cares about national championships or conference championships, just go at least .600 and win the party and you can get paid well.
