I’ve never poked someone in the eyeball during a basketball game so hard he had to come out for the rest of the game. But if I did, I would understand getting a technical for it.

F1 foul (basically a technical) is excessive or unnecessary/avoidable contact. Intent is not defined or necessary.

In Media Availability today, Penny said David Jones is Questionable for Sunday. He continued with "knowing him, I expect him to play Sunday." Penny also says Jordan Brown is Questionable. Jayden practiced today.
