Another CFB tetonic plate shift, waiting to happen. The Ed O'Bannon case is arguing that the "'student athlete" or "employee" (since the new NRLB ruling, yet to be totally played out in the courts) should be entitled to licensing revenue when there likeness is used TV and ticket sales revenue, as well.
