However, having watched that entire game, and quite a bit of the youth games in the past few months, my dear lord does our defensive future looks like complete **** if CCV, Miazga, Zimmerman, and Rosenberry don't step up.

CCV is playing hurt right now. It wasn't certain that he was going to play until the lineup came out and probably shouldnt have played.

He is much better than he'll look this week.

Oh I know, he's not one I'm worrying about. It's pretty clear he'll be a mid-to-high caliber international player for us, I just don't see any depth in the youth ranks at any position across the back four outside of those named and Brooks.

On the bright side, the lack of a defense is going to make us fun to watch. End to end action.
