The school's website says that they get to use the stadium for graduation ceremonies, and that the money they get from the stadium is a help to the school. That's all I saw. I assume they also get rent from US Soccer and the USOC for their use of the stadium and training facilities, and the velodrome that is also on their campus.

There's no mention there of the university using the stadium for any athletic events. Not that they'd need to for D-II soccer games. Or want to, for that matter, because just the security and cleaning costs for using a stadium of that size, that has to be kept clean for MLS and NFL games, wouldn't make sense for a small D-II athletic department.

Thanks, looks like a nice mutually beneficial business arrangement. I did look at the CSUDH men's soccer schedules for the last 5 seasons and they play almost all games at their on-campus soccer/t&f stadium. They did play 1 game at the StubHub Main Stadium and 1 or 2 games at StubHub Field #3 each season.
