Isn't the main deal with Scorpio the beefed up power for 4k stuff?

That's the only deal. They said all games will run on XBoxOne, and all 3rd party games will run on all systems, it's honestly just a resolution upscaler at this point unless they plan on tanking the XBoxOne completely.
