Also, The agreement requires Compher to "make reasonable efforts" to get a new job. ECU's payments will be reduced dollar for dollar after he earns $192,500 per year at a new position.

Hope he gets at least $445,000/year at his next gig. That would put us in the clear (I think). Let's help him find a new job. When I get home I'm changing my signature image to "Hire Compher."
