The fact that Ollie won an NC makes NO difference in your argument. He got a fat contract because of the NC. That is the only good argument.

If Ollie did break the contract - he should not get paid. It is not necessarily the best P/R for UConn if they pay nothing, but Ollie didn't do himself any favors by breaking the rules either.

If anything he did leads to probation or loss of scholarships - Ollie should get nothing. Anything less than that should be full pay or some kind of settlement amount.

I think UConn probably already knows what the likely penalty is going to be........
