The difference is that all but one of those told the truth about who they were...

While this guys posts have been "entertaining" has he posted anything that has actually been ground-breaking AND come true?

Seems a lot of people have accepted his word as what is going on but where is the proof?

I'm not trying to put him down but just curious as to how he became a legend overnight with zero wins.

when you think about it, has anybody other than Dan Wolken?

Who set out to investigate him? Was there a deleted post? Who found out he wasn't who he says he is?

I haven't seen anything to substantiate any claims that CTG is a fraud and just making up everything.

If there is a way to find this info - or if there is a thread - please let me know.

Yessir. I don't want to sound snobby or downgrade the new posters, but the last month has demolished this board. It's pretty unbearable at the moment. Hopefully things will get back to normal when recruiting dies down, we officially hire our assistants, and football starts back up (it usually does).

Until then, I'm gonna spend the majority of my time on the other boards.

Well said MemphisTigerPawr. As far as I know CubsTigersGrizz has always been respectful where other posters on this board are concerned. Maybe now those that attacked him might consider climbing down from their high horse and be brave enough to explain themselves. But don't hold your breath.

Just let him exit people... he just put together everything available online and made assumptions from that... LW says we're in his final two on Memphis Roar and all the sudden CTG says something to the effect of "things are looking good with LW"

I know some people in the AD and I know a couple of former players.

Seriously CTG. This is message board. Anyone who posts very much has to spend their time in the barrel. Some people express opinions but the way you present your position you come across as a "guy in the know." When one of your opinions doesn't pan out you take the hit.

If you are really in the agency business you must have a thick skin. My question has always been if you are in the agency business should you even be posting. But that's your choice.

You do give some good perspectives that I have enjoyed. I hope you come back but everyone comes and either stays or leaves by choice. But ask yourself if you want a bucnh of unkowns who know nothing to control what you do? Leave and you let them win. In the scope of things it matters little.

well if you have clients at the nfl draft, and go to the final four as a business trip, and sometimes have clients look for a coaching job at the final four .. then you are a sports agent or work for one ..which makes you a sports agent ...

guy may have jumped the gun on a few things and was wrong about a lot of things but surely he did not totally lie about his connections ..
