RE: OT: The Walking Dead
I think the biggest morons on the planet are the ones that survived this. really. Lets run through the playlist.

-hey lets crawl into a car trunk tie it up with a handkerchief and hope they don't bump it and lock us in a Buick tomb.

-hey lets set up a camp with some hub caps and mountain dew bottles tied on a couple trees as a warning system, with known walker parties wandering through.

-I'm not even touching the complete waste of time and risk going through the country club was other than to say who even goes to a country club to hang themselves and pull a mass suicide.

-Hey once we do find an actual decent moon shine shelter out of the way lets throw some cardboard over a window to secure it, that will be tight.

-better yet, when it gets dark and after we've been drinking lets go shoot the $hit on the porch.

-better yet lets burn it down and wander off drunk into the dark.

I waited around the whole episode to see them shag. Dude pissed a lay up away, completely disappointing.

If I was in the trunk with Beth the car would be a rockin!

Horrible episode. While watching, all I could think was that TWD is dangerously close to "jumping the shark."

Dude, she wanted to get drunk and play truth or dare, and talk about stuff she'd never done. Then she even started calling him Mr. Dixon all flirty. Out side of just saying you want to plow me like her sister did not sure what other hints he needed to make a move. I mean hell it's the end of the world and they could die tommorow. I don't know what age the character is supposed to be but the actress is 30 years old and looks 20.

RE: OT: The Walking Dead
The start to this half of the season is almost unbearably slow. I get that they are trying to develop some of the characters, but I think an episode per group is really taking it too far. I still don't believe that they had no plan for if things didn't work out other than to get on a bus and drive. Everybody needs to meet up soon so we can start to see what's going to happen next.

She was 17 when she was first introduced I think. So probably 18-19 now.

She is between 18 and 19 from what I understand. The actress is around 30.

Even the goofy 1800's mustache prisoner was putting the moves on on her before Carol cockblocked him. I bet you if she said she wanted to get drunk and play truth or dare he'd have been all over it 07-coffee3

RE: OT: The Walking Dead
I've loved the new half season until last night.

Beth is hot, but even that wasn't enough to carry the episode and there is no way a 120 pound girl that has never drink knocks down shine like that and doesn't puke/pass out.

Was the big shocker supposed to be that Daryl was a redneck loser before the apocalypse? SHOCKING>04-jawdrop

Hopefully it gets back on track next episode. Up until last night, I thought they were moving it pretty good.

I was kind of expecting him to drop something like he was going back to school or was get a trade degree or something redeemable to better himself. All we got was he "drifted around" which I don't even know what that means.

Lame. I don't even know what kind of strange relationship he had with Caroll. Heck even Glenn has a better shot in the apocalypse of getting laid.

So everyone's biggest problem was the cute blonde didn't get laid or get drunk enough. Excuse the writers that it was unrealistic that she didn't get hammered. Because this show is so realistic otherwise. 01-wingedeagle

The show was alright. It was well acted and gave the show a chance to flesh out a few more characters. When Beth gets killed, it will affect the viewer a little more, because of this episode.

The episode was fine; I don't get how some can refer to it as "horrible" but at the same time, I'm not a critic. What the hell do I know?

I'll tell you what I do know: the last time I drank moonshine it was of the Harnett County variety and I wound up naked, wearing a cowboy hat and surrounded by larger women.

You don't guzzle that stuff like they were doing. I know.

Yep, that shine was what we refer to as jet fuel, which means it hasn't been cut with anything. In her preparation for the episode she should have taken a shot of the real and had them film her so she could have had a convincing reaction.

No ****. Anyone ever seen the Machinist? Christian Bale went from 220 to 122lb in 9 months for a movie no one saw.

If someone can put their body through that for their art I think some 28 year old chick can do a couple shots of moonshine for the most watch show on TV. At least some vodka or some sort of something they don't drink as smooth as water. Even Norman Reedus who I like wasn't convincing.

On the Talking Dead it was explained that the staff of the club had risen up and lynched all the rich people in a kind of class warfare.

Not really much better than the mass suicide scenario.

Yeah, not much, but they still said it. It was in the "Inside the Dead" segment.

It makes more sense than the mass suicide scenario, which was also the way I took it until the Talking Dead segment.

Remember the corpse with the Rich ***** sign? Makes a little more sense now.
