I think he said "You tried to kill me".

I thought that too maybe. You would think he'd cut a glance at Jessie prior. Or not. He wanted that guy dead to begin with and he had clear permission.

+1 I thought that's what I heard.

I have no doubt Rick shot him. That storyline followed the comics pretty closely from what I can remember. Rick talking about not being safe from the dead or alive on the other side of the fence is some real foreshadowing. I would be surprised if they left Alexandria anytime in the near future. Obviously, the wolves are going to come into play early next season. If they still follow the comics somewhat, this show is going to be full of action for the next few seasons.

It was nice to see Martin Lawerence make a camio appearance as Morgan on yesterday's season finale.

This is dumb but after 4 or 5 I started laughing. Thought folks might enjoy.

Quick side note, Emily Kinney (AKA Beth) is a singer and she performed at a small venue in Nashville last month (Stone Fox on the west side of town). I wanted to go, but tix were sold out by the time I found out about it.

Yeah, I'm gonna check it out.

I'm pretty excited about it. I am really interested on seeing how the whole zombie apocalypse goes down.

Yeah, should be interesting to see how that goes. Based off of all the shorts and behind the scenes stuff I've seen on it, I think it will work.

Anyone have any thoughts on Fear the Walking Dead? Interesting to see the start of the outbreak. It was kinda slow building the characters and the environment but I think next week should start to pick up.

It was definitely slow, but it has to be. It is very interesting to see the start of the outbreak from and unknown perspective. We are all sitting there like get out of the car and shoot the zombie in the head, but they are all wondering what the hell is going on, and how this guy can continue living. It will definitely show how easy it is for something like this to get out of hand quickly.

I thought it was a slow buildup too but I'm ok with it given that it appears the stuff begins to hit the fan in full force next week.

Side note: I should have known that a show based in California would have the central family portrayed as having a drug-addicted teenager, another teenager who is stereotypically aloof and self obsessed, and then the mother has her live-in boyfriend who's own son lives with his biological mother and has anger issues as well. To complete the image of the "typical" American family, one of the teens will be gay/lesbian/etc and at least one other will be transgender.

Lots of character development to be expected. They showed that the druggie has a strong will to survive despite all his self destruction in the handgun scene and the vehicular walkerslaughter. He's going to become the Shane of the family.
