RE: OT: The Walking Dead
I had someone on twitter say that the disease has spread to the animals and the deer that Patrick ate was infected. He has a weaker immune system and thats how he got sick and died. at the shower he was already sick so it couldnt have been that.

Isn't the virus airborne anyway? Everyone has the virus. Something is either affecting its
dormancy or it's just a run-of-the-mill poisoning from within the camp.
Believe you are right. Think it has been since they said you couldn't just die and not turn. Maybe a more virulent airborne virus of a new mutation then. Was something that was said on Talking Dead.

I'm beginning to think that it's a poisoning done internally. They showed 2 pretty long shots focusing on their water barrels tonight. They're pretty important.

Think about it: if the virus is now airborne, this show is going to come to a quick end. I do like the idea that they may have to be battling some disease like plague that has been bought into the camp via the food supply.

I forgot to mention that Beth came on to Darryl; I smell a cat fight between her and Carol coming up soon.

That's the common thought here http://forums.televisionwithoutpity.com/...-20131013/ (I recommend signing up to TWoP great forum to discuss TV shows)

The previews for the season suggest that they are being sabotaged.

Guess the Governor could have cut up walkers and thrown the parts into the pig pen from beyond the chain link fence.

Any illness that causes a fever can activate the dormant virus????

No room for the dead, those to be, and now the sick?????

But Andria had the flu before she got to Woodbury so I wouldn't think it'd be just anything.

But, that was nearly a year before now, remember months have now past. Viruses can mutate fast, weeks, not months or years.

Airborne makes no sense, they'd all be dead in days. Something has to trigger the virus to activate.

Just got this from TWD website forum:

Anyone notice the eyes from the zombie at the beginning and Patricks eyes are the same? Bloody and black not clear and white. Blank.

I did not even think about it. The virus may have mutated. We may now have fast zombies or even worse, thinking zombies.

It has to be the water supply. The focus on the pig and the water in those two barrels set something up thematically. Closeups never happen for no reason.

That would be the end of all of us: think of the squirrel attacks. Dear God.

RE: OT: The Walking Dead
I just noticed that he left footprints on the floor on the way to the showers; was he outside working in or near the pins or in the field? There's also go to be some meaning to the buried gun; instead of getting "life" out of the ground are they getting death?

I'm sticking with the poisoning/sabotage thing for now.

I sure wouldn't want to eat food grown in a field that has had Walker blood spilled all over it. It all just soaks into the ground.
