Thursday meeting, Jurich interviewed 8 candidates with Bobby Petrino being the 8th!

So a little over 36 hours for an announcement. I wonder who it will be??? I was hoping for a new direction with a up and coming coordinator, but it appears if rumors are correct it most likely will be Bobby Petrino. Hopefully as a Card fan here he is able to catch lightening in a bottle once again, and if he was smart he would hire the best DC that ACC money will buy you. I still hope it's Morris or Franklin, but I don't think so.

With Jeff Brohm interviewing for the WKU job...it done...hope he can do what Bill Synder has done when he took over K-State when he came back...

I don't quite understand why everyone at UL wants Petrino so badly. There are other coaches out there that are just as good as him who don't have his baggage. Either way, good luck on the hire, I hope Louisville doesn't miss a beat.

Congrats to UL. Hopefully Petrino realized life isn't greener on the other side and stays at UL for a long time.

I'd be happy with Morris, Narduzzi, or Petrino and don't have a strong preference one way or another. But it isn't hard to see why a lot are clamoring for Petrino.

- Overall record of 83-30 as a HC
- One losing season in 9 years (1st year at Arkansas)
- 8 or more win in 8 out of 9 seasons as a HC
- 3 Top 10 finishes in 9 seasons
- 5 Top 25 finishes in 9 seasons

That is a hard resume to beat.

Clemson offensive coordinator Chad Morris
Michigan State defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi
