For the WHO, that would be an appropriate response. But if we're talking about the CDC, then I do want them addressing the American side of the issue first. Its why the dual approach exists in the first place. Sub-Saharan Africa nations are prioritizing their issues before thinking about other countries.

If the communicability of HIV was airborne the a global response would be warranted.

A complex issue was being turned into an agenda for slander and it bothered me.


AIDS/HIV is a huge problem in the gay community, for a multitude of reasons, but to call AIDS a gay disease, or to try and use a skinny gay male as the poster child = ignorant and jaw droppingly inaccurate/uber stupid at best.
