Except neither one of you understood why it was relevant to the conversation. The Netherlands soccer team is called the Orange.
Sounds pretty lame. Only liberals care about what happens in the Netherlands.

Well I was just giving a reason why the liberals would cheer for the Netherlands, so congratulations?

Do liberals need a reason to cream themselves over something that happens in Europe?

So they're black now?

Um, no. Although, to be fair, some of the Orange are black.

You definitely know more than me about soccer...

You bowed out of this debate four pages ago. Would you like to resume the actual conservation. I was just allowing you to have your south park moment.

Oh but it is.

Again with just a devastating retort. It's like watching Ali box or Peyton Manning carve up a defense (except in the Super Bowl, of course).

GEAUX SAINTS!

Why are you bringing European heritage into this, you socialist?

Some of the players on the Orange team are black. Most of the players on the Orange are not. So the Orange isn't black, although some of its players are. Unless the one-drop rule is used, whereby a single black member would make the entire team black, but that's always been a silly rule.

And just as a general rule, when x is the new y, that doesn't mean x is y.

Sadly I must log out now. But I hope you will continue posting your brilliant expose on the socialism inherent in soccer. Your posts are always so well thought out and lovingly crafted. No one else can make a word shift meanings from post to post the way that you can. They are breathtaking, truly a pleasure to read. Do carry on.

I can continue to remind you that soccer is dripping with liberal slime any time you need a refresher. Let me know. Next time bring your A game.

I guess soccer has to make up for its lack of complexity with extensive uniform schemes.

Here's the Sheffield soccer disaster.

How can we aspire to be more like Sheffield. First of all we can idolize their sporting events.

Why don't you love America? Why are you trying to dilute our culture? Go back to the motherland, limey.

soccer breeds violence.

Soccer -where the most actions happens in the stands.

Liberals tend to be violent in large groups.
