Looks like we have to give GTS a warning for getting around the language filter.

I'm looking forward to that game though. ND will have their hands full. Looking to see how ND deals with the triple option that GT plays. Also looking forward to Louisville/Clemson tomorrow night. Gonna be a great weekend for college fb.

RE: Open Thread - Week 3
Notre Dame did not turn the ball over in its last three games against LSU, Texas and Virginia.

The result:

ND went 3-0.

ND is the only team in college football with two wins against P5 schools in 2015.

What does all that mean?

Hell, I don't know, I just felt like posting that.

With ND decimated with injuries and suspect at defense, I suspect Tech will win on the road.

New QB DeShonne Kizer has no margin for error in protecting the ball and making the right reads/throws.

Think ND is good this year.....but I just see Tech beating them.

Amazing Tech still can't get respect after last year. But they have mine.

+1. Although I think GT is one win (this weekend) away from national respect.

RE: Open Thread - Week 3
ND's only real chance was to out score Tech.

Pre-injuries, I think ND had a shot to do that.

Post-Injuries? I don't think so.

35-17, Tech.

RE: Open Thread - Week 3
I only see three potential outcomes with no gray area in between:

- ND wins as GT gets turnover-itis
- GT wins a tough game by about 10-14
- Paul Johnson takes out a decade of simmered hate on Brian VanGorder and blows the doors off in route to another 60 point game, not taking his foot off the gas

GT beats ND 34-21 & breaks into top 10.

Good luck to Clemson Thursday night. If we win then I'll be happy but if we lose then at least it would be good for the ACC. Clemson has been gorging on cupcakes while Louisville is still looking for answers at QB & on the OL. I'm not sure what to expect.

Agreed! I would label that a great win for MIA.

GT is avoiding the jinx: Heather Dinich is picking ND. 03-woohoo

Heather Dinich: ESPN heard you say it was impossible to do worse than Pam Ward, and they said "Challenge Accepted."

Clemson offense looks disinterested and is in full sleepwalk mode.

A Louisville win is pretty much the worst imaginable thing to happen this early in teh season. Cards go 0-fer against bad teams to open the season and then beat the ACC pre-season favorite thanks to them not showing up.

That's very "VT losing to JMU and winning the Coastal"-esk.

3-0 1-0 in the conference.

30 in a row over unranked opponents

40 in a row when holding the lead at the start of the 4th quarter

On to the parasites.
