I'm going to be all over the place in this post because I take issue with a couple of things from both sides here:
This is a great headline that gets the reaction that Fox definitely wanted. I'm know mind reader, but it sort of confirms the biases of the people who think that he's pretty much real-time funding these protests. Getting randos out there and cutting them a check. By the conservative think tank's own analysis, this money was given between 2010 and 2014 to less than a quarter of the partners. Did he have a time machine at the time? At the end of the day, these groups have a common stance overall. Sure, he has ties to a number of the partners, but so does every other extremely rich person in the world.

Now there are a lot of valid criticisms toward this movement and its coverage. It's not a beautiful show of solidarity, equality, and open-mindedness. They alienated longstanding partners because they weren't pro-choice. There has been serious misbehavior that won't get pointed out because it is a left wing thing. If one conservative person got arrested, it would've been because of their "obvious evil tendencies".
This movement is one of the reasons that I could not in good consciousness call myself a progressive. It's a movement that's all about open-mindedness...as long as you fit their mold. No other suggestions are accepted.
But pointing out even the most loose Soros ties is getting a bit hackneyed don't you think? The OP's article is a show of Fox's laziness and lack of ability. They missed the meat of the report to misrepresent the findings. How does a $hitty organization like Newsbusters have a better report on the same information that Fox had?
