They didn't count 2 for the money ball in the finals. Flaherty was really good too. Connor basically shot the same every round, just like he did for 4 years. Super good, super consistent.

That is a weird decision to completely change the rules for the men's vs women's champs.

No, they were consistent -- the moneyball counted as 1 point for Flaherty, too. It was not as noticeable for her because she only made one or, at most, two money balls. It is more a reflection that the announcers did not know (or tell us) that the rules were different -- or perhaps the scorekeeper was just asleep at the switch.

I think we can all agree that Connor should have shot the ball a hell of a lot more over the past four years for the Tribe. His shot is just too damn good!

Unfortunately, he really didn't get a chance to get a lot of touches in games until this season.

Connor proved he's college basketball's all-time three point shooter. Proved no accident he led the nation for the past two seasons!

A great young man, great seeing David rooting him on, and we'll see Connor and his trophy at the bb dinner in April.
